Upstairs Living
Spacious living at its best. Modern yet comfy. Lots or room to cook, eat and spread out to watch tv or just sit by the fireplace.
Kitchen
Everything you want in a modern kitchen. KitchenAid appliances. Coffee machine, toaster, and everything else you need.
Upstairs Dining
Seating for eight (at least). Eat inside or outside just a few steps away.
Upstairs Deck
Relax on the rocking chairs with a drink. Outdoor dining for eight. A huge Weber grill for all your grilling needs.
Downstairs Living
Plenty of room to chill and watch a movie or a game. Board games galore are in the storage unit. The 65" TV is one of six TVs in the house. Hulu, Prime, Paramount+, HBOMax, Apple TV, Netflix and DirectTV are all available.
Downstairs Gaming
Enjoy arcade games, play pool, or add the Ping Pong tabletop and play some Ping Pong. The indoor wet bar is fully stocked with every possible libation.
Rosenthal King
Also called the "Gold Room," this room is loosely dedicated to the Rosenthal family, but is available to use by anyone. Ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in shower. King-size bed. Large doors open on to the upper deck. This room gets light early in the morning because of the transom above the door. So if you like to sleep late, use the other master suite.
Frione King
Also called the "Green Room," this room is loosely dedicated to the Frione family, but is available to use by anyone. King-size bed. Ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Large doors open on to the upper deck. This room is darker because it has blackout shades on each window
Downstairs Guest
Also called the "Blue Room," this room is is private and quiet. King-size bed. Ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Large doors open on to the upper deck next to the fireplace.
Bunk Room/Office
This room is called the "Bunk Room," but it actually doubles as an office. The bunk bed has three mattresses (the bottom one is a trundle. There is a full bath across the hall with a bathtub and shower.
Downstairs Deck
The downstairs deck has a sitting area and a dedicated gas fireplace. There is an outdoor bar so you can drink outdoors if you prefer.
Hot Tub
What would a vacation house be without a spa? Large (holds six adults) and modern. It's always on and ready to use.
Fire Pit
The fire pit is amazing. There are six chairs and a wall for additional seating. Plenty of available wood. The outdoor stairs enable you to move from the fire pit to the downstairs bar.
Garage Gym
Why go to Gold's Gym when you can go to Deja View Gym? We have everything you need here. Classes start at 5:00 a.m. Please be courteous and wipe down the equipment when you're done. LOL
